About Me

The idea for Lisa's Alteration's began shortly after the passing of Lisa's mother, Lucie Andrews. She was the owner of Lucie's Alterations in Pittsburgh, PA for over 10 years and did alterations for over 40 years! In trying to keep Lucie's dream alive, I decided to open my own business here closer to home.

I can remember as a child, sitting in my mom's sewing room with her, playing with my little pink sewing machine! I would make my own creations as she did her work. Little did we know then that the seeds for the future were being planted! I have been sewing off and on for years and helped my mother with her business, but I have been practicing professionally for over 4 years!
